The customer used this key exchanger kit to secure the movement of overhead cranes. Operation is based on the presence of an electromechanical block whose release of the key is permitted only after having energized the coil and pressing the release button and of an exchanger into which the key taken from the previous switch is inserted to obtain the possibility of rotating and extract a series of keys to use for different purposes.
The customer used this key exchanger to combine the shutdown key with the unlocking of the keys that manage the access doors to the walkways to carry out work at heights. The first key on the left inserted and rotated frees the others and remains prisoner until the reverse operation.
The customer used these distributors to manage the star keys coming from an old NMG panel with the need to secure access to the transformer rooms.
